Inmiddels heeft dit evenement haar plaats veroverd in de reeks sportieve evenementen. Dit jaar startten maar liefst 13 teams. De stemming zat er direct goed in, met weinig wind en een zonnetje. Gedurende de loop ging de wind toch flink aanwakkeren, met name op de Oostvaardersdijk leidde dit tot afzien voor de lopers en de fietsers. \r\n\r\nDit jaar deden veel teams met een binding met water mee zoals diverse waterschappen en adviesbureaus. De initiatiefnemer van dit evenement is adviesbureau HKV LIJN IN WATER, dat zelf ook veel waterprojecten uitvoert.
