Elle appuie les différents acteurs pour une gouvernance locale transparente, respectueuse des savoir-faire locaux, pour l'émergence d'unn Etat local répondant aux intérêts des communautés.\r\nLe Secrétariat d’Etat à l’économie (seco) consacre 3,4 milliards de FCFA (8 mio CHF) à l’aide budgétaire accompagnée d’une assistance technique au Ministère des Finances.\r\n\r\nLa promotion de l’équilibre entre hommes et femmes et la gouvernance sont des thèmes transversaux traités dans tous les programmes.
