In the light of community ownership the participating organisations proceed to donate their venues free of charge for all core and follow-up education/training activities, attend without any provision of sitting allowance and transport refunds whilst all Volunteers' activities are done in their own time, style and pace without remuneration. \nIn Kenya's fast increasing money-motivation culture, this is a real achievement and is contrary to current common practice.
