Elle intervient principalement dans les zones rurales et quartiers précaires des villes et communes de Côte d'Ivoire. C’est une ONG d'appui au développement communautaire.\r\nLe personnel permanent est composé d’un Directeur Exécutif, coordonnateur de programme et projets, gestionnaire et spécialiste en Fundraising et micro finance, d’un Comptable ; ingénieur financier, d’un Délégué Régional, agro économiste, Ingénieur des techniques agricoles, et d’une secrétaire.\r\nLe personnel contractuel est quant à lui composé de personnes de différentes qualifications (juristes, sociologues, socio-économistes, Psychologues, spécialistes en conception d’émissions radiophoniques, Conseillers agricoles, animateurs en eau et assainissement, Conseillers en alphabétisation, etc.)\r\nSon objectif est de contribuer à l'amélioration du bien-être des enfants, femmes et jeunes .\r\nà travers ;\r\n Les campagnes de sensibilisation.\r\n L'appui organisationnel.\r\n L'assistance technique et la formation.\r\n La réalisation d'infrastructures socio-économiques et communautaires.\r\n La création d'activités génératrices de revenus.\r\n La mobilisation d'une épargne pour favoriser l'accès au crédit des couches vulnérables.\r\n\r\nIFS intervient dans le domaine de l'eau, l'hygiène et l'assainissement depuis 2005 jusqu'à ce jour.\r\nL'IFS mène ses actions à travers toute la Côte d'Ivoire où des besoins sont identifiés. \r\nPrésentement elle est très active au niveau des régions du Tonkpi, Bafing, Folon, Kabadougou, Worodougou, Béré, Bounkani, Gontougo et Iffou où elle realise des projets axés sur l'ATPC, la sensibilisation, l'animation, la formation dans les villages bénéficiaires de nouveaux points d'eau.\r\n\r\nL’ONG IFS et l’Hydraulique Villageoise\r\nA la faveur de la crise du 19 septembre 2002, IFS avec sa dimension nationale a été sollicitée et a pris part à trois importants projets d’Hydraulique Villageoise de 2005 à 2009 dans la Région des 18 montagnes de côte d’Ivoire. Il s’agit du \"Programme de partenariat DHH/UNICEF pour la réhabilitation de 1000 pompes à l’Ouest et au Nord\", de décembre 2005 à mai 2006, du \"Programme de partenariat pour le maintien de l’accès à l’eau potable en milieu rural de Côte d’ Ivoire\" pour le 3ème Programme d’ Urgence de Réhabilitation post crise (PUR-3), de Juillet 2006 à Novembre 2007 et de la mise en œuvre des « actions de sensibilisation, d’animation et de formation des villageois dans le cadre de la réalisation de 300 forages positifs équipés de pompes à motricité humaine » sur le lot 1 Région des 18 montagnes de 2009 à 2011.\r\nIl est important de souligner que ces programmes, financés respectivement par la Direction de l’Hydraulique Humaine (DHH) et l’UNICEF pour le premier, par l’Union Européenne et l’UNICEF pour le second, par l’UEMOA, ont été suivis par la DHH, l’ONEP, l’UNICEF et l’AGEROUTE au travers de supervisions mensuelles dans les zones des projets. Le tout étant de s’assurer que le travail se faisait dans le respect des règles et normes de la DHH et l’ONEP, maître d’œuvre du Programme National de l’Hydraulique Villageoise. Les objectifs assignés à ces programmes et qui ont été largement atteints. .\r\nLa part prise par IFS dans ces programmes, a concerné pour les projets UNICEF, 249 localités de la région des 18 montagnes, et peut se résumer en termes de pompes réhabilitées (311) et de comités de gestion formés et opérationnels (250) et pour le projet AGEROUTE, 145 villages sensibilisés, 145 comités eaux constitués, 145 contrats signés, 145 comités eaux formés et 104 superstructures réalisées. IFS a le gros avantage, d’avoir une réelle maîtrise des volets sensibilisation, animation et formation et d’avoir toujours une parfaite connaissance de ses zones d’intervention. On rappellera à cet effet que la sélection des ONG dans la Région des 18 Montagnes pour le premier programme (en 2005), a été faite par l’Office de Coordination des Actions Humanitaires des Nations Unis (OCHA), sur la base de leurs activités et renommées dans la zone et pour le dernier le recrutement du cabinet IFS s’est faite à l’issu d’un appel d’offre lancé par l’AGEROUTE en 2009.\r\nL'IFS a une parfaite expérience de partenariat avec les agences du système des nations unies et des ONG internationales pour le fait d'avoir/de travailler avec l'UNICEF, le PAM, la FAO, le PNUD, l'ONUCI, Care International, Save The Children UK, IRC, DRC et CSRS.\r\n", "notes": "", "can_create_projects": false, "enforce_program_projects": false, "use_project_roles": false, "public_iati_file": true, "enforce_2fa": false, "can_become_reporting": false, "iati_prefixes": null, "primary_location": 3990, "content_owner": null, "original": null, "password_policy": null, "codelist": null, "internal_org_ids": [] }, { "id": 2704, "total_budgets": [], "recipient_org_budgets": [], "region_budgets": [], "country_budgets": [], "total_expenditures": [], "documents": [], "locations": [ { "id": 3989, "latitude": 8.0315, "longitude": -2.8058, "city": "ABIDJAN", "state": "", "address_1": "ABIDJAN RIVIERA BONOUMIN", "address_2": "LOT 1314, ILOT 95, RUE 19", "postcode": "+225", "iati_country": "CI", "country": 82, "location_target": 2704 } ], "logo": "https://storage.googleapis.com/akvo-rsr-production-media-files/cache/d5/f7/d5f746d68911680b822f4d5c2c3c1df2.jpg", "latitude": "8.0315", "longitude": "-2.8058", "city": "ABIDJAN", "current_user_permissions": { "can_create_iati_export": false, "can_edit_iati_export": false }, "created_at": "2015-04-08T13:59:05.945591+02:00", "last_modified_at": "2015-04-14T15:54:21.494199+02:00", "name": "MAP INTERNATIONAL CI", "long_name": "MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS COTE D'IVOIRE", "language": "fr", "organisation_type": "N", "currency": "EUR", "new_organisation_type": 22, "iati_org_id": null, "url": "http://www.map.org/", "facebook": "", "twitter": "", "linkedin": "", "phone": "+225 22 47 13 83 ", "mobile": "+225 58 51 32 13", "fax": "+225 22 47 13 85", "contact_person": "AUBIN YAO", "contact_email": "ayao@map.org", "description": "MAP International (Medical Assistance Program) est une organisation chrétienne créée en 1954 aux Etats-Unis. Together with local organisations in developing countries, Hivos strives for a world in which all citizens – both men and women – have equal access to resources and opportunities for development.\r\nHivos is a Dutch non-governmental organisation guided by humanist values. A number of its core values are human dignity and self determination, an aversion to dogmas and totalitarian regimes, and a sense of mutual solidarity. The organisation is committed to poor and marginalised peoples in Africa, Asia and Latin America. It strives for the long-term improvement of their circumstances and for the empowerment of women in particular.\r\n\r\nThe work of Hivos aims at structurally alleviating poverty, with an emphasis on civil society building and on sustainable economic development. The efforts of Hivos are focused on nine themes: financial services and business development; sustainable production; human rights and democratisation; HIV/AIDS; gender, women and development; art and culture; ICT & media; advocacy and communication; and the knowledge programme. You can read more about each one of these themes on this website.\r\n\r\nJoining forces and pooling resources is crucial to achieve the objectives of Hivos. Hivos supports over 800 partner organisations in more than 30 countries through financial means and institutional support as well as the exchange of knowledge and experience. In addition, Hivos works together with a number of organisations, companies and governments in the Netherlands and Europe, and it belongs to various national and international networks. Hivos also conducts advocacy activities itself in the Netherlands, throughout Europe and worldwide.\r\n\r\nHivos is a non-governmental organisation with a societal goal which plays a public role. Hivos is one of the four largest organisations in the ‘co-financing system’ of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Dutch general public, the Dutch government, other sponsors, partners and partner organisations in developing countries are the most important stakeholders.\r\n\r\nHivos is ISO certified; it has the CBF quality mark and is one of the beneficiaries of the Dutch National Postcode Lottery.", "notes": "Duplicate 1398 deleted", "can_create_projects": true, "enforce_program_projects": false, "use_project_roles": false, "public_iati_file": true, "enforce_2fa": false, "can_become_reporting": true, "iati_prefixes": null, "primary_location": 280, "content_owner": 268, "original": null, "password_policy": null, "codelist": null, "internal_org_ids": [] }, { "id": 2689, "total_budgets": [], "recipient_org_budgets": [], "region_budgets": [], "country_budgets": [], "total_expenditures": [], "documents": [], "locations": [ { "id": 3909, "latitude": 5.485, "longitude": 7.035, "city": "Owerri", "state": "", "address_1": "", "address_2": "", "postcode": "", "iati_country": "NG", "country": 20, "location_target": 2689 } ], "logo": "https://storage.googleapis.com/akvo-rsr-production-media-files/cache/a6/09/a6092a7749a58fa7b6cba1340e4da505.jpg", "latitude": "5.485", "longitude": "7.035", "city": "Owerri", "current_user_permissions": { "can_create_iati_export": false, "can_edit_iati_export": false }, "created_at": "2015-04-02T11:37:48.680828+02:00", "last_modified_at": "2015-04-02T11:37:49.335506+02:00", "name": "IMSACA", "long_name": "Imo State Action Committee on Aids", "language": "en", "organisation_type": "G", "currency": "EUR", "new_organisation_type": 22, "iati_org_id": "4ysbeyan2ng", "url": "http://ndlink.org/ndorganizations/imo-state-action-committee-on-aids-imsaca/", "facebook": "", "twitter": "", "linkedin": "", "phone": "", "mobile": "", "fax": "", "contact_person": "", "contact_email": "info@naca.gov.ng", "description": "The organizations main thematic area is health. In Populorum Progressio, the 1967 Encyclical in which he set up the pontifical Justice, Development and Peace Commission, Pope Paul VI, declared the concern of the church with the development of peoples. This concern was particularly with “the development of those peoples who are striving to escape from hunger, misery, endemic diseases, and ignorance; of those who are looking for a wider share in the benefits of civilization and a more active improvement of their human qualities; of those who are aiming purposefully at their complete fulfilment.” He charged the commission with the task of “bringing to the whole of God’s People the full knowledge of the part expected of them at the present time, so as to further the progress of poorer peoples, to encourage social justice among nations, to offer to less developed nations the means whereby they can further their own progress.”\nThe JDPC Ijebu-Ode is an organisational manifestation of this concern of the church’s. We work to name and address the evils of our time in line with the life and teaching of Christ, to bring to the oppressed and the suffering the concrete reality of the love of Christ, to practice the love of Christ beyond the mere preaching of it. Our work in respect of poverty, human development, democracy, and human rights draws directly upon the Church’s call for a charitable response by the people of God to the cry of the poor, the injured, and the vulnerable. Poverty – and the hunger, ignorance, disease, and fear that are its manifestations – desecrate the God-given dignity of human beings and deny them the full flowering of their potential as beings in the image of God the Creator Himself. Injustice and human rights violation also contribute to this dehumanisation while, in addition, generating in their own capacity social antagonisms and conflict within the society, thus endangering peace and security and making more difficult the task of ensuring social conditions that enable people to live in dignity.\nPope Paul VI identified these conditions clearly in describing the simple desires of the oppressed of the world: “Freedom from misery, the greater assurance of finding subsistence, health and fixed employment; an increased share of responsibility without oppression of any kind and in security from situations that do violence to their dignity as men; better education – in brief, to seek to do more, know more and have more in order to be more: that is what men aspire to now when a greater number of them are condemned to live in conditions that make this lawful desire illusory.”The work of JDPC Ijebu-Ode is to help bring these conditions to reality.", "notes": "", "can_create_projects": false, "enforce_program_projects": false, "use_project_roles": false, "public_iati_file": true, "enforce_2fa": false, "can_become_reporting": false, "iati_prefixes": null, "primary_location": 3642, "content_owner": 2238, "original": null, "password_policy": null, "codelist": null, "internal_org_ids": [] }, { "id": 2677, "total_budgets": [], "recipient_org_budgets": [], "region_budgets": [], "country_budgets": [], "total_expenditures": [], "documents": [], "locations": [ { "id": 3641, "latitude": 46.198392, "longitude": 6.142296, "city": "Geneva", "state": "", "address_1": "The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Geneva Secretariat Chemin de Blandonnet 8 1214 Vernier Geneva, Switzerland Tel: +41 58 791 1700 Fax: +41 58 791 17 01", "address_2": "", "postcode": "1200", "iati_country": "CH", "country": 26, "location_target": 2677 } ], "logo": "https://storage.googleapis.com/akvo-rsr-production-media-files/cache/55/5b/555bfd005dc95a2e381708d16cb7eca8.jpg", "latitude": "46.198392", "longitude": "6.142296", "city": "Geneva", "current_user_permissions": { "can_create_iati_export": false, "can_edit_iati_export": false }, "created_at": "2015-02-27T10:43:00.926180+01:00", "last_modified_at": "2015-02-27T10:43:00.951790+01:00", "name": "GF", "long_name": "The Global Fund", "language": "en", "organisation_type": "N", "currency": "EUR", "new_organisation_type": 22, "iati_org_id": "vfkosfkiaua", "url": "http://www.theglobalfund.org/en/?gclid=CjwKEAiAodOlBRDCjr-UlJDjtVUSJABR7fxyUS6wXKnK6alXJ440jE9i1eV9MR0MwMuLAU8KFHuIXxoCQaTw_wcB", "facebook": "", "twitter": "", "linkedin": "", "phone": "", "mobile": "", "fax": "", "contact_person": "", "contact_email": "", "description": "The Global Fund is a 21st-century organization designed to accelerate the end of AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria as epidemics.\nFounded in 2002, the Global Fund is a partnership between governments, civil society, the private sector and people affected by the diseases. The Global Fund raises and invests nearly US$4 billion a year to support programs run by local experts in more than 140 countries.\nWe operate with three core principles: partnership, country ownership and performance-based funding. All partners need to take part in decision-making. People actually implementing grants know the best way to fight disease in their country, and come up with the most effective solutions. Funding should be provided where it can achieve the best results. By challenging barriers and embracing innovative approaches, we strive for maximum impact.\nWorking together, we have saved millions of lives and provided prevention, treatment and care services to hundreds of millions of people, helping to revitalize entire communities, strengthen local health systems and improve economies.\nGlobal Fund staff, all based in Geneva, Switzerland, come from all professional backgrounds and from more than 100 different countries, united in their dedication to the defeat of these epidemics", "notes": "", "can_create_projects": false, "enforce_program_projects": false, "use_project_roles": false, "public_iati_file": true, "enforce_2fa": false, "can_become_reporting": false, "iati_prefixes": null, "primary_location": 3641, "content_owner": 2238, "original": null, "password_policy": null, "codelist": null, "internal_org_ids": [] } ] }
