commerciaux, techniques et financiers, les textes législatifs et réglementaires (Loi d'Orientation Agricole) etc.\r\nLe CRCR agit sur la base de quatre principes:\r\n- la reconnaissance de l'Etat et des Collectivités comme responsable de la définition des politiques,\r\n- la reconnaissance d'autres acteurs intervenant dans le développement rural,\r\n- l'autonomie des organisations membres,\r\n- l'animation par les ruraux de leur propre développement.\r\n\r\nLe CRCR a un plan stratégique et un plan de communication.\r\nIl est membre plusieurs cadres de concertation dans la région de Sikasso
