Trust stands for a business trust, and also for trusting: trusting people and their abilities, trusting the creative potential of partnerships.\r\n\r\nWomen entrepreneurship:\r\n\r\nWomen are major players in social development, because of their natural tendency to focus on the well-being of children and communities as a whole. In poor communities where children are very vulnerable and family-structures are fragile (because of the Aids epidemic, high unemployment and substance abuse), that focus is much needed.\r\n\r\nOur aim is to establish partnerships between entrepreneurial women in South Africa and the Netherlands. Se produce una combinación sinérgica entre conocimientos innovadores con implementación de tecnologías que conducen a un aprovechamiento óptimo de las potencialidades que posee la economía familiar campesina. Sus recursos naturales (agua, tierra, cobertura vegetal), recursos productivos (semillas, cultivos, crianzas menores y mayores, y herramientas) y recursos culturales con profundas raíces de saberes ancestrales, dejan de ser economías de sobrevivencia y pasan a convertirse en economías emprendedoras. \r\nLos conocimientos innovadores y cambios transformadores con implementación de tecnologías se realiza mediante capacitación de campesino a campesino conducida por Yachachiq que son campesino líderes tecnológicos que capacitan predicando con el ejemplo con el método “aprender haciendo”. Es un extraordinario impacto de educación de adultos y productores NO escolarizada, que adicionalmente revalora y reivindica los extraordinarios saberes de humildes hombres y mujeres del campo.\r\n\r\nSierra Productiva permite inclusión económica sin excluidos, promoviendo una inclusión social y cultural cualitativamente superiores al asistencialismo. No es gasto social por interminables décadas ya que implica una inversión por una única vez para ayudar a que las familias implementen las tecnologías. \r\n\r\nLa fase de experimentación demostrativa fue de 5 años hasta que se consideró validada.
