The St. Louis School strives to offer all its students the best start in their education by providing a friendly, caring and inspiring academic atmosphere. In a safe, happy and nurturing environment, students develop a genuine love for learning, quality and academic success.

Since its foundation in 1996 the St. Louis School, based in SE Milan, has grown to take its place amongst the leading international schools in Italy with year on year growth and a strong placement record for students transferring to other educational establishments abroad.
The St. Louis School is a Cambridge International Examinations Centre (CIE) and an IB World School.
The school has also been granted the Italian official status of Parità (Scuola Primaria) and is the first International school in Italy to achieve Eco school status.

Its aim is to encourage and support the Kitale AIDS Programme in Kenya, to provide practical and in-depth understanding of this programme as well as issues concerning societal and international developments influencing the spread of HIV. In addition it endeavours to obtain financial and other support necessary for the functioning of the Kitale AIDS Programme.

The foundation (Stichting) works towards her aim by using the following means:
* Finding and engaging of donors;
* Regular production and distribution of Kitale AIDS Programme friends/newsletters;
* Coordination of fundraising activities;
* Collection and forwarding of funds;
* Sound management of the foundations' basic financial system;
* Establishment and maintenance of a website;
* Care for the motivation and enthusiasm of the foundation's membership and holding of regular meetings;
* Production and maintaining of the programme/foundations' logo;
* Bringing the activities of the foundation and those of Kitale AIDS Programme to the attention of an ever increasing number of people;
* Contacting and networking with many people and organisations;

The foundation consists of 5 members: a chair person, a secretary, a treasurer and 2 members.
Following a variety of promotion and fundraising activities many people and organisations have already been involved in its work: These include family members and friends, church groups, companies and other foundations. Its goal is to enhance the health and living circumstances of the people in Eastern Africa. Since many years the focus of the foundation is on water and sanitation projects and since last year the foundation's focus is mainly on Uganda, with some projects in Kenya and Ethiopia. The projects are done in close cooperation with local communities, working with a local staff. The costs of operation are low, making the projects very efficient.

SAP was founded in 1974 by the employees of the ING. Ever since a larger number of the ING employees make monthly contributions to the foundation. </description><notes></notes><can_create_projects>False</can_create_projects><enforce_program_projects>False</enforce_program_projects><use_project_roles>False</use_project_roles><public_iati_file>True</public_iati_file><enforce_2fa>False</enforce_2fa><can_become_reporting>False</can_become_reporting><iati_prefixes></iati_prefixes><primary_location>529</primary_location><content_owner></content_owner><original></original><password_policy></password_policy><codelist></codelist><internal_org_ids></internal_org_ids></list-item><list-item><id>109</id><total_budgets></total_budgets><recipient_org_budgets></recipient_org_budgets><region_budgets></region_budgets><country_budgets></country_budgets><total_expenditures></total_expenditures><documents></documents><locations><list-item><id>6</id><latitude>51.84</latitude><longitude>5.86</longitude><city>Nijmegen</city><state>Gelderland</state><address_1>Aldenhof, 6162</address_1><address_2></address_2><postcode>6537 DP </postcode><iati_country>NL</iati_country><country>3</country><location_target>109</location_target></list-item></locations><logo>https://storage.googleapis.com/akvo-rsr-production-media-files/cache/52/d7/52d7f8bbe3243c5903aaa64f4db29845.jpg</logo><latitude>51.84</latitude><longitude>5.86</longitude><city>Nijmegen</city><current_user_permissions><can_create_iati_export>False</can_create_iati_export><can_edit_iati_export>False</can_edit_iati_export></current_user_permissions><created_at>2009-07-22T15:48:24+02:00</created_at><last_modified_at>2015-02-26T13:56:50.890178+01:00</last_modified_at><name>Abdo</name><long_name>Abdo Foundation</long_name><language>en</language><organisation_type>N</organisation_type><currency>EUR</currency><new_organisation_type>22</new_organisation_type><iati_org_id></iati_org_id><url>http://www.abdo.nl/</url><facebook></facebook><twitter></twitter><linkedin></linkedin><phone>+31-(0)24-344232</phone><mobile></mobile><fax></fax><contact_person>Hannie Halma</contact_person><contact_email>hanniehalma@hotmail.com</contact_email><description>The (Stichting) Abdo Foundation is a non-profit organization that started the TRIANGLE project in the Nuba Mountains, in South of Sudan in 2005.
The main aims of TRIANGLE are:
1.	Providing education for orphans and primary school children by building a primary school, with one-year school fees for orphans and a herd of goats to make this sustainable.
2.	Improving education for women by building a Centre for Women and bringing ox/plough, generator and sewing machines, oil machine, beehives and teaching how to use these materials. Lessons in feeding, healthcare and starting a pilot project agriculture by building a small scale water reservoir for irrigation.

Together with the local community we are building and implementing the TRIANGLE in the districts: Leira, Shuwaya, Heiban, Tira, Atturo and Abul.
It will help a little to end poverty and hunger, stimulate universal education, child health and livelihoods (agriculture), and gender equality.

The Foundation builds on the heritage of its founders, the Late Sir Shri Ram and Late Dr. Bharat Ram, who both believed in contributing to the society particularly through education. They were instrumental in the establishment of institutions such as the Lady Sri Ram College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, The Shri Ram Research Institute, The Anglo Sanskrit School and many others.

In keeping up with this legacy, the SRF Foundation setup the well known The Shri Ram Schools in Gurgaon and New Delhi in 1988, as well as SRF Vidyalaya in 1992 in Chennai. In addition, the Foundation is intimately connected with the running of the well-known Lady Shri Ram College for Women. It currently runs various programs to improve the quality of education in India.</description><notes></notes><can_create_projects>False</can_create_projects><enforce_program_projects>False</enforce_program_projects><use_project_roles>False</use_project_roles><public_iati_file>False</public_iati_file><enforce_2fa>False</enforce_2fa><can_become_reporting>False</can_become_reporting><iati_prefixes></iati_prefixes><primary_location>6268</primary_location><content_owner></content_owner><original></original><password_policy></password_policy><codelist></codelist><internal_org_ids></internal_org_ids></list-item><list-item><id>1662</id><total_budgets></total_budgets><recipient_org_budgets></recipient_org_budgets><region_budgets></region_budgets><country_budgets></country_budgets><total_expenditures></total_expenditures><documents></documents><locations><list-item><id>1148</id><latitude>54.691161</latitude><longitude>25.276188</longitude><city>Vilnius</city><state></state><address_1>Budgetary Institution. Belonging to the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness through the Secretary of State for Research, Development and Innovation, its main objective is to develop and promote research that will help bring about scientific and technological progress, and it is prepared to collaborate with Spanish and foreign entities in order to achieve this aim.
The Institute of Heritage Sciences (Incipit) was created by the CSIC in January 2010 by resolution of its Board of Trustees. Felipe Criado-Boado, as Research Professor of CSIC, is its director. The Incipit has, in fact, a 20-year history and a complex institutional evolution. It started in 1991 as a Research Group devoted to Landscape Archaeology, in the University of Santiago de Compostela. Since 2001 joined the Spanish National Research Council as Landscape Archaeology Laboratory and within the Institute of Galician Studies “Padre Sarmiento”. In 2009, after the conception of a scientific project focused on the interdisciplinary study of heritage, the group is reformulated as Heritage Laboratory (LaPa) to approach and address the problem of how heritage is constituted and valued from a broader and deeply interdisciplinar research project. Finally, in year 2010, it was incorporated into a new research institute of CSIC created at that point and settled in Santiago de Compostela.
