YONECO is a lead partner for the Pan Commonwealth Civil Society Network for Africa and also the Africa Representative on the African Chapter of Child Helpline International Board. The organization is implementing projects under its four programmes in over 16 districts in Malawi.\r\n\r\nYONECO is governed by a Board of Trustees and a management team. The organization has increased its checks and balances through deliberate inclusion of both internal and external audit functions.
