Bijbrengen van Cultureel leiderschaps- en Management kwaliteiten\r\n (Communicatietraining, Bestuurlijke ondersteuning in culturele organisaties,\r\n Leiderschapstraining, Managementtraining)\r\n\r\nDe werkmethode is om in de diverse woonwijken, groepen van jongeren tussen de 8 en 18 jaar wekelijks bij elkaar te brengen en te behouden, door hun gedurende 3 uren educatief op te vangen.
