This is the fundamental belief of The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation, which exists primarily to invest in corporate social investment projects that help to create sustainable communities so that this dream of a common future can be realized.\r\n\r\nThe Coca-Cola Africa Foundation was established in 2001 as an African community foundation in response to the growth and impact of the HIV pandemic. In 2002, The Foundation and Africa-based Coca-Cola bottlers established the most extensive employee healthcare program for HIV/AIDS and related conditions in Africa.\r\n\r\nOnce The Coca-Cola System successfully funded the workplace HIV/AIDS programs, The Foundation redirected its HIV efforts to solely fund prevention and awareness services for communities.\r\n\r\nAs part of its mission is to strengthen and empower African communities, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation also formed partnerships with local grassroots and international non-governmental organizations to deliver HIV/AIDS education and prevention.\r\n\r\nThe Foundation’s community activities focus on one of four key areas central to life in Africa: water, health, education and entrepreneurship. By providing assistance in the most critical areas of need, we strive to improve the quality of life for communities in Africa and expand the opportunities for those who live there.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation is involved in humanitarian assistance in Africa, for disaster relief and emergency assistance.",

Galati has regional responsibility for the delivery of safe drinking water and the collection, transportation and purification of waste water; Since the end of 2010, Apa-Canal S.A. Galati has been responsible for the water supply and the waste water disposal in the entire county of Galati and this way it is managing regional water companies in the county. Because of national, regional and local ambitions, Apa-Canal S.A. Galati faces the challenge to improve the existing installations for the production and delivery of drinking water and for the collection, transportation and purification of waste water for the purpose of supplying as many inhabitants in the county of Galati as possible with safe and sustainable drinking water and waste water systems. For the realisation of these ambitions, Apa-Canal S.A. Galati is interested in Water Operator Partnership in which knowledge and experience with respect to drinking water and waste water services is acquired and shared. This partnership can relate to technical, administrative, management and governance affairs.",

For almost two decades, we have worked towards catalysing an innovative, sustainable and inclusive water and sanitation economy worldwide.\r\n\r\nWe believe that innovation, scalable solutions, and public and private capital are needed to bridge the service and financial gap to achieve SDG 6 – Water and sanitation for all.\r\n\r\nWe use grants to accelerate providing access to water and sanitation to low-income households and institutions. We do this by supporting innovations and scaling up enterprises until they are investment ready, without distorting the market. In addition, we use our funds to mobilise private and public capital to increase investments in water and sanitation.\r\n\r\nWe are Making Water Count!\r\n\r\nFor more information, please visit: aquaforall.org",

"description": "Archaeology has undergone significant changes over the last 25 years, during which the field has reinforced its ties with the land planning, construction industry and heritage management and has created strong synergies with domains like the ICT and social sciences. Employing several thousand people, the sector has been, until recently, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing within the EU. But since 2008 the global economic crisis and its aftermath draw archaeology into a probably long lasting recession. In order to thrive again, the domain needs to explore and find new efficient and sustainable models. \r\n\r\nOn the other hand there is the acknowledged importance (cf.the Valletta and Faro Conventions) of targeting the heritage strategies towards the general public while engaging the local communities.\r\n\r\nThe project wishes to address these issues by proposing a large scale activity plan in view of obtaining tangible and usable solutions. \r\n\r\nAn EU-wide partnership has been established under the form of a network of excellence, consisting of 13 leading institutions from 10 countries which combine expertise with complementary profiles. It brings together universities, public oriented research organisations, contemporary art centres and heritage institutes.\r\n\r\nThe project’s content is structured around 6 themes, as it follows:\r\n\r\nA. Archaeology for the community: informing and involving people;\r\nB. Archaeology and the imaginary: crossroads between science and art;\r\nC. Archaeology and knowledge: teaching and sharing information;\r\nD. Archaeology in a changing economy: towards sustainability;\r\nE. European archaeology and the world: dependencies and mutual development;\r\nF. Coordination, mobility and project’s communication;\r\nA comprehensive and relevant activity plan derives from these themes. The plan includes a wide spectrum of interrelated activities, varying from scientific surveys and research to ICT applications, art performances, public outreach and community engagement initiatives.",

"description": "Ardhanary Institute is a local organization which envisions the establishment of a society that respects and protects the rights and sexual choices of LBT's (lesbian, bisexual and transgender) in Indonesia.\r\n\r\nArdhanary Institute's mission is to: (1) strengthen the individual capacity of LBT's in Indonesia through human rights education and peer group sessions; (2 to introduce new ways to perceive sexualities and women within the community, and (3) to encourage the formulation of non-discrimination policies, especially towards plurality and the sexual choices of citizens, (4) develop LBT Crisis Center to support LBT speak out about violence against LBT's.\r\n\r\nArdhanary Institute was founded in 2005 as a result of the rampant issues of abuse and discriminatory practices and policies against the freedom of women’s sexual choices.\r\n\r\nThe name Ardhanary Institute was inspired by a statue of the Hindu Goddess Ardhanarishvara or Ardhanary (on display at the National Museum on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Jakarta) which symbolizes plurality, transformation and metamorphosis from one gender to another (and also transgression of gender and sex norms) to show the various potentialities of gender and sexual identity. The history of this pluralist value inspired five women to campaign for freedom of sexual choices. In this spirit, Ardhanary Institute aims to champion and respect individual preferences.",
