Since 2005, we have variously engaged and facilitated the media to write on our programmatic policy issues. To ensure the success of this activity, all CIPESA reports and briefings are disseminated to all enlisted journalists who are urged to quote the organisation in articles.\r\n\r\nIn working with government, CIPESA has identified key institutions and individuals who deal with international ICT policy making for special attention. These include ministries responsible for ICT, telecommunications regulatory bodies, legislators (particularly committees of parliament that deal with ICT), and other policy makers within governments.
