Deze projecten werden gefinancierd door VNG in het Logo South programma. De verantwoordelijkheid voor het HIV/Aidsproject (2003-2010) was opgedragen aan het bestuur van de stichting. De 3 grote VNG-projecten zijn eind 2010 afgesloten. We trokken steeds meer opdrachtgevers uit de industrie en (lokale) overheden uit Nederland en Europa aan en daarmee was de tijd gekomen om de stichtingsvorm in te ruilen voor een BV.
