Een van de projecten van PlanFutur is het Moringa Project, het opzetten van een plantage van Moringa bomen in Adjohoun, in het zuiden van Benin. De Moringa boom wordt wel de wonderboom genoemd, vanwege de grote hoeveelheid vitaminen en antioxidanten in de bladeren. De zaden van de boom kunnen worden gebruikt voor waterzuivering en de olie hieruit kan dienen voor consumptie, biobrandstof of producten als zeep en lotion. De plantage geeft jongeren de mogelijkheid de grond te bewerken, de bladeren te drogen en verpulveren, de olie te persen en waterzuiveringsinstallaties op te zetten. De eindproducten kunnen worden verkocht op de lokale markt.
