Our program Coordinators have been exposed and their capacities continuously enhanced through capacity building courses including; Peace Building and Conflict Resolution, Early Childhood Development, Guiding and Counseling, Leadership and Development, and financial management\r\n\r\nTYSA has many ways it which it finances its activities and programs. The community where we work has been mobilized to own the programs and therefore offer vital support including human resources, in kind donations and facilities to be used in the projects. TYSA has mobilized large base of local volunteers who give their time back to the community. TYSA has mobilized on line fundraising through Globalgiving, United (streetfootballworld) which supplement community efforts. Fundraising from corporate organizations and foundations also has supplemented community support.\r\n\r\n TYSA collaborates and Networks with several National, Regional and International organization in order to create synergy and experience sharing.
