The Chairman of the Board of Directors has the direct oversight responsibility to work with the management team in implementing the vision and mission of the organization.\r\n\r\nManagement Team\r\nThe management Team comprises of the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director who run the affairs of the program. The Executive Director is the principal deputy to the Chief Executive Officer. The team also include the Program Coordinator, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer and the Adm/Finance Officer.
