Currently, APP is involved in a renovation project that will bring great exposure to the new sector-based judicial system (Ley Marco del Sub Sector de Agua y Saneamiento). This new law includes experimenting with new decentralization and municipal participation efforts on a local level to aid construction, administration, and sustainability of water treatment as well as other environmental systems.\r\nAPP’s technical services have been characterized by their reach beyond construction. We also facilitate cooperation in the areas of research, documentation, evaluation, production of executive materials, and inter-institutional & inter-sector coordination to modernize the Honduran sub-sectors.\r\nActing as the pioneer organization of the civil society in search of solution to the demands of water treatment, APP reiterates its compromise of continuous work, focusing particularly on the less-privileged communities of the rural areas and developing urban zones. This document was approved at the end of 2010 and in 2011 was translated into a three-year contract specifying objectives and resources between the French Government and AFD.\r\n\r\n--\r\n\r\nL’Agence Française de Développement (AFD) est un Etablissement Public à caractère Industriel et\r\nCommercial relevant de la loi bancaire en tant qu’établissement financier spécialisé. Le Groupe AFD, c’est plus d’un millier d’agents qui mettent chaque jour leurs compétences, leur savoir-faire et leur engagement au service du développement.\r\nL’ensemble des informations relatives à l’AFD, et notamment sa Charte d’Ethique que le Prestataire est fortement invité à lire, est accessible sur le lien suivant : www.afd.fr\r\n", "notes": "", "can_create_projects": false, "enforce_program_projects": false, "use_project_roles": false, "public_iati_file": true, "enforce_2fa": false, "can_become_reporting": false, "iati_prefixes": null, "primary_location": 4572, "content_owner": null, "original": null, "password_policy": null, "codelist": null, "internal_org_ids": [] }, { "id": 2128, "total_budgets": [], "recipient_org_budgets": [], "region_budgets": [], "country_budgets": [], "total_expenditures": [], "documents": [], "locations": [ { "id": 1958, "latitude": 50.829719, "longitude": 4.513774, "city": "Tervuren", "state": "", "address_1": "Avenue Elisabeth 4", "address_2": "", "postcode": "B-3080", "iati_country": "BE", "country": 71, "location_target": 2128 } ], "logo": "https://storage.googleapis.com/akvo-rsr-production-media-files/cache/31/44/3144c085dda7586c848ce1b015231a0b.jpg", "latitude": "50.829719", "longitude": "4.513774", "city": "Tervuren", "current_user_permissions": { "can_create_iati_export": false, "can_edit_iati_export": false }, "created_at": "2014-05-28T17:28:14+02:00", "last_modified_at": "2014-05-28T17:28:58+02:00", "name": "Culture Lab", "long_name": "Culture Lab", "language": "en", "organisation_type": "C", "currency": "EUR", "new_organisation_type": 70, "iati_org_id": null, "url": "http://www.culturelab.be/", "facebook": "", "twitter": "", "linkedin": "", "phone": "0032 2 767 74 27", "mobile": "", "fax": "0032 2 767 10 22", "contact_person": "Gian Giuseppe Simeone", "contact_email": "", "description": "Culture Lab, founded in 2002, is a private agency based in Brussels, providing European and international expertise in the areas of culture and heritage.\r\n\r\nThe agency implements a wide range of missions, from the design and management of transnational cooperation projects, the assessment of cultural schemes and programs, the writing of sectorial studies, to public outreach, communication and dissemination activities, mainly in Europe, the Mediterranean area and Africa.
