As additional positive results of Aguayuda’s efforts, a local community built nineteen new homes and one of Aguayuda’s water committee members established a non-profit organization that installs, repairs and maintains windmills. FPAB played an important role in formulating national family planning programme introduced by the then government of Pakistan in 1965. With the span of more than 50 years of its emergence, FPAB has made a significant achievement in creating awareness among the eligible couples about family planning and annually contributes 7% of the total national family planning performance.
