For that reason the actual value in this period would have actually been 10, not 61. Now I have to add my actual value to the value of the previous period (cumulative), which is actually not correct. If you set a target of 70 for the year 2015, it actually means 70 is the total target for this period. But in this case it is 70 - 50 (the target of 2014). In addition: the target value of 2014 should have been 14, because the baseline was already 36. ",
