Leadership and governance training(20 all men), Human rights based approach to development training (6 men and 2 women) and community led development training(10 men and 3 women). The trainers were 4 men and 1 female. UMCOR employed mentors to work with trained CSOs staff to put knowledge gained into practice. The lesson was that having mentors is very critical in developing capacities of CSOs. Because most of CSOs which are being managed by founders do not easily accept the advice from their trained staff for system improvement. For example, one of trained CSOs staff was terminated because he he talked in a meeting that there was a need to respect financial system. Mentors mostly work with CSOs managers to enable them understand the important of establishing proper organizational systems.",
