Inclusion of marginalised groups and gender equality in the development, provision and content of the renewed agricultural TVET programmes. E.g. how has the project been able to address gender perspectives in training programmes and the needs of marginalised groups; 5. Results and spin-offs of the coordinated interventions with the five OKP projects supporting agricultural training programmes in Kenya. Project and training partners are requested to explain synergies and sharing of experiences in agricultural training development between the Kenyan OKP projects. "comment": "Project partners indicated that many trainings could be organised on-line and the envisaged investments at the engaged Kenyan institutions can still be executed in the second year of the project. Notwithstanding these solutions, project partners have to explain how the delays are affecting the achievement of outputs and the feasibility of envisaged project interventions (including related budgets) in the next report. Although the report states that adaptations and a budget-neutral extension are required for reaching the targets due to serious delays, a request for such an extension should be clarified in more detail taking into consideration the following conditions. In accordance with a revision of article 4.7 of the Grant Obligations and Conditions for Institutional Collaboration Projects (GO&C ICP) OKP projects can request for a budget-neutral extension until 31 March 2022 but no later than 3 months before the end date of the grant period. The extension cannot exceed 31 March 2022. The request for a budget-neutral extension must: • be submitted in writing by sending it to okp@nuffic.nl; • be soundly substantiated and specifies the period and budget involved; • include an adjusted workplan for the BNE period; • include an adjusted budget for the BNE period. If the delays imply a revision of output formulations for which the grant was awarded, this will have to be requested as soon as possible in writing (see also Art. 4.1.3 of the General Obligations and Conditions for Institutional Collaboration Projects).",
