This training includes the train-the-train programs of IMO model courses 6.09 and 3.12. Both programs are essential for maritime training providers.\nThe provided training courses and the seven developed new courses provide ESCN, and the larger Mozambique maritime community with sustainable development that can be used in the short run but will need further measurement in the long term. The courses developed are such that it covers a wide range of areas for the maritime industry ranging from economic and financial management to ship management for a shipping company.\nESCN has been provided, through the 7 developed courses, with curricula improvement tools. The provided courses and training go beyond curricula development for ESCN, as other maritime parties have been included, primarily the maritime administration as a whole.\nThe overall feedback on the program has been positive, though it is hard to measure the actual economic benefit and new jobs created. This would require more in-depth research, which has not been included in the program's final evaluation.",
