Pastoral Social Caritas V (Pastoral Social Caritas Verapaz)

Al finalizar el año 2,016 la Pastoral Social – Cáritas de la Diócesis de la Verapaz cuenta con una estructura sólida, y efectiva que coordina con entes diocesanos y otros aliados afines, actuando en la promoción humana y preferentemente con los más pobres y excluidos.

Caritas Internationalis is a global confederation of over 160 Catholic organizations working in humanitarian emergencies and international development. Caritas has a permanent presence in most of the world’s countries. Inspired by Christian faith and gospel values, we work with the poor, vulnerable and the excluded, regardless of race or religion. As part of the Caritas Internationalis network, Pastoral Social Caritas Verapaz is a NGO which aims to help the less fortunate in the Verapaces society.
