Since March 2012, the Executive Director is Mrs. Nur’aini Silalahi, S.Ag. The Board of Chairman is Mrs. Helfi Rahmawati, S.Pd and three members; Mrs. Endang Kuswardhani, SH., Mr. Syafri Hasibuan, SP., Mrs. Ulfa HM, S.Ag., and Mr. Rahmad Mulyadi. The Boards Meeting is conducted three times a year where the meetings focus on policy development, strategic organisational issues, the financial performance and achievement of strategic outcome.

VISION
Become an independent organisation for creating and developing responsible person, adolescent and society.

MISSION
1. Promote and defend the Adolescent Reproductive Health, Rights and Needs, particularly in the area of adolescent sexuality and reproductive health, and gender based violence as good health, well-being and access to comprehensive, affordable and gender-sensitive health services are fundamental human rights.
2. Develop the communication system to deliver the information on healthy behaviour for adolescent and society.
3. Advocate the local governments in Jambi Province to establish local health boards/agencies in order to support the improvement of the healthy human resource.
4. Develop a system of social health empowerment as well as its monitoring system of related activities.
5. Advocate the government’s policy and implementation of quality health services for adolescent and society.
