PCPD (Parents of Children with Problems in Development)
Initiative group was established in September 2008 and with financial support from the International Organization of the Institute "Open Society" Assistance Foundation in Tajikistan, in February 2010 it was registered in the Department of Justice of Sughd region, as the Public Association "Parents of children with developmental problems". The organization aims at providing assistance to parents and children with disabilities through legal consultations, lobby and awareness raising activities.
