Vitens-Evides International B.V. in operational partnership with Mombasa Water & Sanitation company organised Customer satisfaction survey training which was held on 12th-May-2015.The three day workshop was conducted by Madam Angela Van der Hulst Expert Customer Service, Billing and Collections VEI. This training aimed to provide the employees a good general preparation to contribute to the successful implementation of diverse assignments as a Customer Relation Officer. The participants have received practical instruction and explanation about implementation of a Customer Satisfaction Survey. By following this training the employee noted the desired manners and personal presentation in communicating with customers. On the basis of role playing and field coaching, the participant have practiced and refined skills. .
