Ethiopian Evangelical Chu (Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus)

The Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus is a national church in Ethiopia. It has a deep-rooted concern for the spiritual and physical well being of the Ethiopian people ever since her establishment. Cordaid works with EECMY's separate non profit Development and Social Service Commission (DASSC). EECMY works mainy in rural Ethiopia with the poor and marginalized. EECMY has good knowledge of the community due to its commitment and presence for many years. They have their own physical facilities such as clinic on the ground in rural pastoral areas.
