The FNPC is a non - governmental humanitarian, religious, human rights and development organisation created March 29, 1983 in Mbujimayi in the province of Kasai Oriental, on the initiative of Reverend Placide TSHISUMPA TSHIAKATUMBA, a trained lawyer who has been Professor, Prefect of Studies and then Principal Officer of the Ministry of rights and freedoms of citizens in the province of Kasai Oriental. And that is also an ordained Reverend and Pastor Dedicated since 1988, and elects the President and Legal Representative of the Church of the National Evangelical Fellowship in the Congo.

Objectives of the FNPC
- Support both humanitarian, moral and legal for prisoners during their incarceration;
- Provide vocational training, Christian education, evangelism, accelerated; literacy to prisoners during their incarceration to reintegration;
- Assistance and supervision as moral, spiritual and humanitarian support to families of prisoners;
- Support the rehabilitation of juvenile prisoners from the prison;
- Support both humanitarian, moral, legal, spiritual of children in conflict with the law,
- Provide accommodation, rehabilitation, social reintegration and vocational training
of street children or abandoned children, juvenile delinquents and disadvantaged and/or disaffected children;
- Support both humanitarian, moral, spiritual war displaced, victims of natural disasters and social injustice, the elderly, orphans, widows or widowers, etc..
- preach the gospel to all nations and establish "centers evangelical" or local assemblies according to the holy scriptures;
-Create social works such as hospitals, elderly homes, orphanages, shelters, rehabilitation and social reintegration of street children
